1. Must be Malaysian only
2. Male or Female are accepted
3. Preferred age between 22 and 45 years old
4. Must have at least 1 years experience as a Restaurant/Cafe Manager
5. MUST NOT have any Police, Court or Criminal records or Convictions. Please be honest as we will conduct checks with the Police Department.
6. Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 (including booster shot)
7. Must possess own transport
8. Must have basic Computer Knowledge with proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Café Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the cafe.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Hires and trains restaurant staff.
• Organizes and oversees the staff schedules.
• General Staff Management
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
• Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the café and dining experience.
• Ensuring Highest form of Customers Service is provided
• Estimates food and beverage costs.
• Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies.
• Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
• Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedules for service.
• Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts.
• Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested
• Performs other duties as assigned.
