KEPERLUAN KERJA MINIMA
• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, escorting them to their tables
• Present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to the tables
• Provide attentive and knowledgeable service throughout the dining experience
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with Kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Handle guest Payments and process transactions accurately
• Proper handling of the cashier, ensuring that all bills were correctly charged, and appropriate change is given.
