KEPERLUAN KERJA MINIMA

The Service Crew is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the outlet by performing a variety of tasks, including hostess, waiter, cashier, and barista duties. The primary focus of this role is to ensure excellent customer service, from welcoming and seating guests to taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments. The Service Crew also ensures the cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas, while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
Key Responsibility:

• Approach customers courteously and take their orders.
• Explain how menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
• Inform customers of daily specials.
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations when requested.
• Serve food and/or beverages to patrons at tables.
• Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Check with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals and handle any concerns.
• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive.
• Escort customers to their tables and present menus.
• Manage reservations and waiting lists.
• Ensure the dining area is tidy and well-organized.
• Assist the cashier, when necessary, by processing payments, issuing receipts and managing the POS system.

GENERAL DUTIES

• Stock service areas with necessary supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English is preferred.
