• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Chica Bonita. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to lead a positive example for the team
• Creates a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely, and respectful coaching, training, feedback and communication to team members to ensure operational excellence and to improve team member’s performance.
• Models a customer comes first attitude, delivers awesome customer services, and supervises team members to ensure they are delivering awesome customer service.
• Delegate, utilizes and provides direction to team members during their shift to achieve operational excellence. Acts as a coach and mentor to team members by using discretion in assessing performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve team member’s performance.
• Reviews store environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement in order to provide coaching and direction to the team to achieve operational goals. Communicate ideas to the management for broader areas of improvement.
• Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective outlet operations. Filters communication to the team as directed by the management
• Supports management in implementing company programs by working directly with the team members to execute action plans that meet operational ad organization objectives.
• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts. Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned
• Follows Chica Bonita’s operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security , to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
• Ordering and storage of food, beverages and cleaning products liaising with chefs and management on any additional stock changes or requirements which includes weekly stock handling and inventory count
• Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensure proper cash management practices are followed by team members
• Be responsible for cleaning rota, deep clean of restaurant area and completion of daily records for health and safety. Take every opportunity to improve store operations and cleanliness standards.
• Maintains regular and consistent and attendance and punctuality
• Provides quality beverages, whole ben, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe, presentation and calibration standards. Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
