1. ** In addition to performing the responsibilities of a Server.
2. Manage servers’ positions throughout service to ensure customers’ satisfaction with service.
3. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff.
4. Ensuring that all steps of services as outlines in training materials are being followed on a daily basis
5. Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
6. Assist with the hiring of restaurant staff and staff scheduling.
7. Able to communicate in Japanese will be a plus.
