KEPERLUAN KERJA MINIMA
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Malaysian citizens only
2. Must be able to speak English fluently
3. Must have at least 3-5 years experience as restaurant manager or relavant experience
4. Must be able to have a concept towards the idea of plant-based food .
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Hire qualified staff for the work, set work schedules, train and appraise staff productivity
2. Ensure our staff comply with health and safety restaurant regulations
3. Oversee restaurant supplies, operational cost, food prep, and food quality standards
4. Manage delivery food platforms and orders ( grabfood, foodpanda etc) .
5. Coordinate daily Front and back restaurant operations
6. Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and customers have a pleasant dining experience.
7. Market and plan promotional activity to promote restaurant/brand within the local community, social media and find ways to reach border audiences
8. Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
9. Regularly review quality, sales, and ways to improve restaurant
10. Implement restaurant SOP to maintain future restaurant operation
