KEPERLUAN KERJA MINIMA
1. Customer Service:
- Greet, serve and recommend food and beverages to customers.
- Escalate customer complaints or operation issues to management.
- Upkeep customer service standards to drive the organisation's customer experience goal.
2. Daily Operations:
-Responsible for overseeing the entire operations in the outlet-
-Ensuring all menu items are served according to recipes.
- Manage opening, mid and closing of shifts.
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient daily operations
3. Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Monitor team's compliance with the organisation's personal, F&B hygiene standards.
-Ensuring outlet is kept clean according to standards set by the management.
4. Cash Handling:
- Responsible for banking in daily cash takings.
- Process payments accurately.
- Handle cash transactions.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Perform weekly roster planning to ensure adequate manpower for the team.
- Work collaboratively with the team.
- Communicate effectively.
- Motivate team to reach the fullest revenue potential.
- Mentor and train new staff.
6. Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about menu items.
- Ability to explain to customers accurately on menu items.
7. Upselling and Promotion:
- Suggest additional items.
- Participate in promotions.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets according to customers' profiles.
8. Adherence to Policies:
- Follow company policies.
- Adhere to safety regulations.
- Monitor team's compliance with the organisation's personal, F&B hygiene standards
9. Inventory:
- Manage inventory and stocks, ensuring enough stocks for usage.
- Manage cost of sales, seeking best cost for all ingredients.
10. Equipment Maintenance:
- Rectify any equipment failure or incident that will result in operation downtime.

- Previous customer service or food service experience is a must.
- Leadership qualities with ability to supervise team members.
- Good in dealing with customers & resolve issues.

- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Training will be provided.
- Perform all tasks assigned that is related to operations of the outlet and company.
