KEPERLUAN KERJA MINIMA

1. Welcome & escort customers to their tables.
2 Present menu & provide detailed information upon request (e.g., portions, ingredients or potential food allergies). Offer menu recommendations upon request.
3. Inform customers about special menus and offers.
4. Take accurate food & drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization.
5. Check customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
6. Make beverages and, serve food & drink orders.
7. Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
8. Arrange table settings & maintain a tidy dining area.
9. Deliver checks & collect bill payments.
10. Carry dirty plates, glasses & silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.
11. Following all relevant health department regulations & providing excellent customer service to guests.
